Restoring a purchase

3. Religious content

Bariqo presents Quranic verses, hadith, azkar, supplications, poetry and prayer times. We have assembled this material carefully and cite its sources, but the following matter and you should read them.

Bariqo is a convenience, not a religious authority. We make no claim of scholarly endorsement, and errors are possible. Please tell us about any you find — see Support.

4. Weather

Weather data is provided by Apple Weather and is subject to Apple’s terms. It is provided for convenience and should not be relied on for safety decisions.

5. Intellectual property

The Bariqo name, logo, app icon, artwork, layouts, original ornament designs and software are ours and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

Religious source texts are not claimed by us. Third-party materials — such as translations, poetry, and font files — remain the property of their respective rights holders and are used under the terms noted in the app’s Sources screen.

6. Acceptable use

Please do not use Bariqo to break the law, to misrepresent its content as scholarly ruling, or to attempt to circumvent purchase verification.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Bariqo is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content is complete or accurate.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or inability to use Bariqo. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Apple

Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide support for Bariqo. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you. In the event of a conflict, Apple’s Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement governs to the extent of the inconsistency.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted in the app’s release notes, and the date at the top of this page will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law rules. Where you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the mandatory law of your country of residence — nothing in these terms removes rights that the law of your own country gives you and does not allow to be waived.
